Linnet loves all manner of stitchery, textiles, patternmaking and making things in general. This blog is for sharing her projects, patterns, inspirations and expertise with anyone else who also loves to make things, or who would like to try.
Having learned hand sewing, knitting, crochet and embroidery as a young child, Linnet first learnt to use a domestic sewing machine at 10. Later, she studied commercial clothing manufacture. She has worked as a costume designer in film and theatre, and in the fashion industry as a product developer, pattern maker, production manager, designer and manufacturer.
